面向城市壓力人群的公共療愈空間設計探析
摘 要：城市化進程加快，城市生活節奏越來越快，導致了亞健康現象的不斷增加，對個體的生活質量產生負面影響。文章通過對相關文獻研究，梳理療愈空間的相關理論，分析亞健康狀態的定義和人群需求，提出面向城市壓力人群的療愈空間的設計策略。在此基礎上，通過案例實踐從人群需求角度融合療愈理念對空間規劃、自然元素整合和感官體驗優化等關鍵要點提出設計方法和展望，滿足人群精神與情感需求。

Abstract：Accelerated urbanisation and fast-paced urban lifestyles have led to an increasing number of sub-health phenomena, which negatively affect the quality of life of individuals. The article analyses the definition of sub-health and the needs of the population through the study of related literature, and proposes the design strategy of healing space for the stressed urban population. Based on this, the article proposes a design methodology and outlook on key points such as space planning, integration of natural elements and optimisation of sensory experience through case practice and integration of healing concepts from the perspective of people's needs, so as to satisfy people's spiritual and emotional needs.
