基于空氣動力學的高速列車車頭造型參數化設計
摘 要:文章以高速列車車頭造型為研究對象,探究不同截面框架生成的設計方案對風阻系數的影響差異,使用參數化設計方法改變車頭橫截面形狀,逐步建立完整的列車數據模型。采用模擬流體分析的方式,證明橫截面參數均勻化的車頭形狀的空氣阻力系數最小,論證了參數化設計方法在實際應用中的可行性,以期為列車外觀設計提供有效的參考數據和有益的優化經驗。

Abstract:The article takes the shape of the front end of high-speed trains as the research object, explores the differences in the influence of design schemes generated by different cross-sectional frameworks on the wind resistance coefficient, and uses parametric design methods to change the cross-sectional shape of the front end, gradually establishing a complete train data model. By using simulation fluid analysis, it is demonstrated that the air resistance coefficient of the uniform cross-section parameter of the front shape of the train is the smallest, and the feasibility of the parameterized design method in practical application is demonstrated, in order to provide effective reference data and beneficial optimization experience for the appearance design of the train.
