基于可拓學的腕關節旋轉器改良設計研究
摘 要:為解決現有腕關節旋轉器用戶滿意度低的問題,文章利用優化可拓第三創造法,構建適用于康復產品改良的設計模型。首先,引入兩類功能樹,優化缺點列舉環節,快速定位缺陷組件;其次,引入康復知識、人機數據、造型樣本三類約束物元,優化拓展與變換環節,提升可拓變換效率,并以E企業腕關節旋轉器為例,對5個不良組件、4個缺失特征進行了改善,獲得三個改良方案;最后,構建評價系統,通過對改良前后的產品方案進行優度評價,驗證了改良設計的有效性。

Abstract:To solve the existing problems of less satisfaction of wrist joint rotator, use the optimized third creating method of extenics, construct an improved design model of rehabilitation products. Firstly, two kinds of function trees are introduced to improve the defect listing process to quickly locate defective components; Secondly, rehabilitation knowledge, man-machine data and modeling sample matter-element were added to constrain the expansion and transformation process of matter element optimization to improve the efficiency of extension transformation, Take E enterprise wrist rotator as an example, 5 defective components and 4 missing features were improved. At last, establish an evaluation system, product was evaluated before and after, which verified the feasibility of the process model.
