                      基于OBE理念的工業設計校企協同育人模式研究

                      摘 要:文章旨在探討基于OBE理念的新型校企協同育人模式,目的是通過校企合作提升學生的工作與創新能力,并實現教育資源的配置優化。文章采用了理論研究分析與實證研究相結合的方法,結果顯示該模式能顯著提升學生的綜合能力,滿足社會經濟發展的需求。為成功實施該模式,需要高校與企業之間建立穩定且高效的合作機制,優化課程體系,并采用多元化的評價方法。文章最后指出,未來研究應當探索優化操作模式,以促進高質量人才的培養,滿足未來的發展需求。以期通過持續優化策略,校企協同育人模式能夠長期成功地培養出高素質人才,以適應社會和經濟的發展。

                      Abstract:This paper aims to explore a new school-enterprise collaborative Education model Based on the concept of OBE, with the aim of improving students' work and innovation ability and optimizing the allocation of educational resources through school-enterprise cooperation. The paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical research, and the results show that this model can significantly improve students' ability to meet the needs of social and economic development. In order to implement this model successfully, it is necessary to establish a stable and efficient cooperation mechanism between universities and enterprises, optimize the curriculum system, and adopt diversified evaluation methods. Finally, the paper points out that the future research should explore the optimization of the operation mode to promote the cultivation of high-quality talents and meet the future development needs. It is expected that through the continuous optimization strategy, the school-enterprise cooperative education model can successfully train high-quality talents in the long term to adapt to the social and economic development.
