基于SET-AHP-TRIZ的坐式康復訓練器設計研究
摘 要：為解決現有坐式康復訓練器形式與功能單一、操作使用缺乏智能化等問題，文章構建了基于SET-AHP-TRIZ的設計思路。首先，對產品的現狀、用戶進行市場調研，采用SET分析法確定目標產品的機會缺口；其次，應用AHP法對需求點進行定量計算，以確定創新過程中需要著重改善的問題；最后，通過應用TRIZ理論分析出現的矛盾問題，并總結其矛盾類型，利用發明原理解決問題，進行坐式康復訓練器設計實踐，減少了設計過程主觀因素的影響，使設計結果更為科學合理，以期提高用戶的滿意度。

Abstract：In order to solve the problems of single form and function and lack of intelligence in operation and use of the existing sitting-type rehabilitation trainer, the paper constructs a design idea based on SET-AHP-TRIZ. First of all, the current situation of the product, the user market research, using SET analysis to determine the opportunity gap of the target product. ; Secondly, AHP is used to quantitatively calculate the demand points to determine the problems that need to be improved in the process of innovation. Finally, through the application of TRIZ theory to analyze the contradictory problems, analyze the types of contradictions, use the invention principle to solve the problem, design practice of sit-based rehabilitation trainer, reduce the impact of subjective factors in the design process, make the design result more scientific and reasonable, improve the user's satisfaction.
