基于工業設計理念的雙饋風力發電機設計
摘 要:文章基于工業設計理念,深入探討了雙饋風力發電機設計的關鍵元素,涵蓋了設計影響因素、挑戰、方法及解決方案。通過文獻分析和標桿產品的深入研究,歸納了雙饋風力發電機設計的趨勢和優化方向,結合企業技術專家訪談,明確了設計關鍵點,并提出了創新設計方案。研究涉及雙饋電機的結構設計,包括整機造型、色彩、人機交互和模塊化,旨在實現設計的優化,提升電機的外觀美感和人機性能,增強產品的實用性和舒適度。通過工業設計理念的應用,實現了雙饋風力發電機的簡約化、人性化和模塊化,使其在視覺和用戶體驗上均有顯著提升,為風力發電機設計提供了新的思路和方向。

Abstract:The article is based on industrial design concepts and delves into the key elements of doubly fed wind turbine design, covering design influencing factors, challenges, methods, and solutions. Through literature analysis and in-depth research on benchmark products, the trends and optimization directions of doubly fed wind turbine design were summarized. Combined with interviews with enterprise technical experts, key design points were identified and innovative design solutions were proposed. The research involves the structural design of doubly fed motors, including the overall shape, color, human-machine interaction, and modularity, with the aim of achieving design optimization, improving the appearance beauty and human-machine performance of the motor, and enhancing the practicality and comfort of the product. Through the application of industrial design concepts, the simplification, humanization, and modularization of doubly fed wind turbines have been achieved, significantly improving their visual and user experience, providing new ideas and directions for wind turbine design.
