基于OBE理念的“服務設計”課程教學設計研究
摘 要:隨著服務設計行業的快速發展,市場對于具備實際操作能力的服務設計人才的需求也在增加。文章基于OBE理念的“服務設計”課程進行教學設計,強調師生共研、共創、共評、共思的策略。通過明晰教學目標、深化學生參與度及聚焦學生能力達成度,進而提升教學滿意度,實現課程重點內容和培養目標的精準性。同時,師生共同參與設計過程,以學生為中心的教育理念,鼓勵教師通過 OBE 理念進行課程設計和教學實踐。文章的研究結果有助于提升“服務設計”課程教學效果和學生學習體驗,進而提高教育質量和培養更具競爭力的人才。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the service design industry, the demand for service design talents with practical operational capabilities is also increasing in the market. The article is based on the OBE concept to design teaching for the "Service Design" course, emphasizing the strategy of collaborative research, creation, evaluation, and thinking between teachers and students. By clarifying teaching objectives, deepening student participation, and focusing on achieving student abilities, teaching satisfaction can be improved, and the accuracy of course key content and training objectives can be achieved. At the same time, teachers and students jointly participate in the design process, with a student-centered educational philosophy that encourages teachers to use the OBE concept in course design and teaching practice. The research findings of the article contribute to improving the teaching effectiveness and student learning experience of the "Service Design" course, thereby improving the quality of education and cultivating more competitive talents.
